This week we've gotten all kinds of new details released about the Disney Wish and learned about another Universal Orlando hotel reopening. Plus, we learned that 2022 Universal Orlando packages are available NOW! (Make sure that you contact me about those 2022 trips to lock in your dates because trips are booking like hotcakes!) Walt Disney World
You heard me right! Vacation cottages at Margaritaville Resort Orlando, located near Walt Disney World Resort, are now available for booking for arrivals beginning May 23! These cottages range from two to five bedrooms and offer amenities like daily housekeeping, full kitchens, washers and dryers, pet friendly accommodations and some even include private pools! Guests will have access to everything at Margaritaville Resort Orlando, including the pools, onsite dining options, and fitness center. Margaritaville Resort Orlando offers transportation to the Walt Disney World Ticket and Transportation Center, where you can then take Walt Disney World transportation to theme parks and more. More Details About Disney Wish Staterooms
Most staterooms will feature Disney Cruise Line’s signature split-bathroom concept and all will include a bathtub. There will also be 76 concierge staterooms and suites. These will feature living areas, king beds, luxurious finishes, and premium amenities. The Concierge Lounge will offer a full bar, light bites, special kids’ area, private sun deck with whirlpools, a pool, a bar, and the a pool deck host. Adults Only Fine Dining
Palo Steakhouse will combine Italian cuisine and modern steakhouse fare. Enchanté by Chef Arnaud Lallement will feature a gourmet menu created by the three-star-Michelin Chef Lallement. Both restaurants will feature private dining rooms and will be joined by an outdoor terrace overlooking the ocean. Found at the entrance to Palo Steakhouse and Enchanté, The Rose lounge will serve as the perfect setting for a cocktail.
Experiences for Kids
At Disney’s Oceaneer Club, young princes and princesses will be invited to explore Belle’s library in Fairytale Hall. There, kids will act out some of their favorite stories with Disney friends.
Experiences for the Family
The Wish will feature a new Toy Story-themed waterplay district designed especially for families with toddlers and young children. Families will love the Toy Story Splash Zone, a water playground. This bathtub-themed splash zone will feature two toddler-sized slides and pop jets, geysers and bubblers. The Slide-a-saurus Rex will be a double-looping waterslide, Trixie’s Falls will be a six-inch-deep wading pool, and Wheezy’s Freezies will serve smoothies nearby.
Disneyland Hotel Reopening!
More of the magic is returning! The Disneyland Hotel reopens on July 2! During the closure, guest rooms were refreshed and updated. Rooms now feature a fun new fireworks pattern in the carpet and upgraded platform beds to help maximize storage.
